Personal Health Navigator 6.0 MFA Use Case

During sign-in into Personal Health Navigator, and after the user enters their username and password, a verification email containing a one-time password (OTP) is sent to the user at the account email address.

The user provides the OTP code that was sent in the email which is subsequently verified for correctness. 

 

If the user successfully enters the OTP they will be logged into the portal.  If the user incorrectly enters the OTP login completion will be blocked after three failed attempts.  During the process the user can also request a new OTP be emailed to them.
