Willowglade Technologies is seeking an experienced Oncology Practice Operations Specialist to help our client practices improve digital workflows and operational solutions for community oncology practices.
Our technology helps healthcare organizations streamline the patient experience through digital forms, communications, front-desk workflows, and other practice processes.
What You’ll Do
Provide expertise on community oncology practice operations
Evaluate and improve front-desk and patient check-in workflows
Apply knowledge of revenue-cycle processes and co-pay collections
Help design and optimize electronic forms and digital workflows
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency
Work with our team to translate real-world oncology workflows into effective technology solutions
Collaborate with oncology practices to understand their challenges and implement practical improvements
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of healthcare practice operations experience
Hands-on experience in a community oncology practice strongly preferred
Knowledge of front-desk operations, revenue cycle, and co-pay collections
Experience with electronic forms and workflow improvement
Understanding of patient access and administrative processes in oncology
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to bridge the gap between healthcare operations and technology
